Training & System Configuration

Clients will control the setup and configuration of the software, under the guidance of MizziSoft support team, with a train as you go methodology. Access to EzHrPay allows the MizziSoft support team to log into the application remotely providing our clients a quick response time for any offsite assistance and support. This training approach has a number of advantages:

  • The configuration of the software by the client will ensure the business operational rules are met and
  • Additional knowledge is acquired to be able to manage the application, and reconfigure the software to conform with future demands.

The Roster Manager displays the employee and shift allocation per cycle. Functionality within this program is extensive as maintenance of the roster is needed up until and beyond the Day of Operations Managing late leave requests, shift swaps, change of shift times, staff requests etc.


Leave Planner provides an overview of all booked leave requests.

  • Approved, Rejected, Forced Pending, On Hold etc.
  • Leave applied for thru the kiosk by staff flows thru to the Leave Planner.
  • Notification by email, SMS, system.
  • Leave can be set to automatic approval or Managers can approve/reject leave from this screen
