MizziSoft has developed the EzHrPay Advanced Online Workforce Enterprise System which is using the latest HTML5 and WEB 2 Ajax technology. This means that Business Administrators can create Efficient and more productive Staff Rosters up to automated payroll for their company from anywhere and anytime using the browser on their computer and smart phones.
Employees can use their online kiosk using the browser on their computer or phone to view their roster and put in their leave, bid and availability requests, minimizing time spent on the phone.
The Efficiency is derived by breaking all the work into tasks. From these tasks, work shifts are created in the most cost effective way. Meal and Tea Breaks are automatically balanced across shifts making sure the service level to the customer remains high. EzHrPay is very secure using SSL encryption for communication between the server and the browser.

Gone are the days where precious time was spent Rostering for hours on end using nothing more than a spreadsheet or worse still, pen and paper. EzHrPay provides you the tools necessary to produce an efficient easy to deploy roster within minutes.
Employees on fixed or semi fixed patterns can be automatically rotated for each roster period. No matter the complexity, EzHrPay can produce 24/7 rosters for Full Time, Part Time and Casual employees.
EzHrPay will also schedule staff around planned and unplanned leave to efficiently reduce overtime.
The EzHrPay Employee Self Service provides enterprise level employee self service to the masses. Like EzHrPay the self service is secure and accessible through a variety of devices using a web browser. The self service allows authorized employees to submit their own days off, leave, availability and bid for shifts. Shift bids can be prioritised by seniority and/or on a first-come-first served basis. Approvals can be set for authorization by management.
The published roster is made available to staff through the self serve. Individual rosters can then be downloaded and imported into calendaring software such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Mozilla Sunbird. Mobile phone and PDA calendars supporting the ics calendar file format can also display roster information. Calendars can also allow employees to submit requests into EzHrPay saving time.
The requests are in, bids are approved, leave assigned. All that is left is press the button which says "Allocate". Do this, go get yourself a cup of coffee take a couple of sips and by the time you are finished the system will have an allocated roster for you to review.
The review process allows for last minute changes through the intuitive easy to use daily operations screens that allows changes through drag and drop within your web browser. Although rostered days off can be planed and manually entered into a shift pattern, you can allow the system to place them for you. If the latter is true then it will endeavour to ensure that days off scheduled contiguously to reduce the risk of burdening staff with difficult to work rosters.
Other key features of the allocation engine are to minimise start time changes and keep rosters balanced between groups of employees.
All in all EzHrPay will endeavour to schedule your staff to provide efficient low cost rosters while keeping employees satisfied with rosters that are workable and accommodate their lifestyle within the limits your organisation allows. An ever growing extensive array of reports is also available in the system that will help you keep track of your most important and expensive resource; your employees.
The way it works is that the Live system feeds updates to the replicated system. If any changes are made to the replicated database they will be automatically undone unless these changes are in live.
The objective of the replication is so if the system is down for an hour or so users and employees can still use the replicated system but in read only. If somehow there is a major problem at the Data Centre where the Live System resides then we can decide to make the Replicated Server as the Live Server till the major problem is fixed in the data centre.
When the live server data centre is up and running then we will lock the replicated database for 30 minutes to dump its data and load it into live and switch the users back to the live system. So technically speaking the users and the employees should still have access to the database all the time but might be read only for a short period.
